Children under 6 always travel free. --- ## Parking Free parking is available for museum visitors right outside the entrance. The museum has five EV charging stations, plus four municipal charging stations in the parking area. Doors have automatic openers. A lift is available between floors. **Tickets:** The reception desk has both standard and low counters. Tickets can be purchased online, at the reception or at the ticket machine by the main entrance. **Accompanying carers and interpreters:** Carers with a carer's card and interpreters enter free – collect your free ticket at the reception on arrival. Carers may sit alongside those they accompany during all events and activities. **Guide dogs:** Welcome throughout the museum. **Emergency exits:** Clearly marked visually. Exits from floors 1, 2 and 3 lead directly to ground level or terraces. Evacuation chairs are available at the main staircase on floor 4 and on the stage in the Auditorium. Packed lunches may be eaten in the café, near the reception or outside the museum entrance. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibitions.
