Privacy related to the talent centre in science

Personal information that is stored
We store personal information about our students and their guardians, including names, telephone numbers, e-mail address, gender, home school, home school, residential municipality and necessary medical information. Sensitive personal information, such as medical information, is collected and stored to safeguard the student's health and safety during participation in sessions at the talent centre .

Purpose of the treatment
The purpose of the treatment is to fulfill our obligations to students, guardians and pupils' home school. Registration of this information is necessary to follow up students who participate in the talent centre , meet their needs and communicate with home schools, guardians and teachers.

The basis for the processing
Information on name, address, telephone number and e-mail address is processed to fulfill our responsibility as an extension of the student's school life. The treatment is based on Article 6 (1) of the Privacy Regulation (b) - necessary to fulfill an agreement. The information is stored for up to three years.

If consent is provided, the information can also be used to inform about activities, collections, reports to home schools and teachers, as well as communication with the Ministry of Education in your municipality. If consent is given, we can also use purchase history and behavior patterns to provide recommendations and targeted information. The basis for this treatment is Article 6 of the Privacy Regulation (1) (a) consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Obtaining personal data
We store the personal information provided in the application forms in connection with your (s) application (s) to the talent centre .

Delivery of information to third parties
we share, sell or do not transfer personal information to third parties unless we are legally obliged to it.

Storage and deletion of personal data
The information we received in connection with your (s) application (s) and your participation in the talent centre is stored in our active participant register for up to three years. After three years, the information is deleted.

You are entitled to:

  • Access to what personal information we have recorded about you.
  • Correcting any incorrect information.
  • Deleting information, unless they are necessary to fulfill an agreement.
  • Data portability, that is, to be provided with its own information in a structured format.
  • To complain to the Data Inspectorate if you believe our treatment is contrary to the rules.

We ensure personal information through both physical and virtual access control.
