Personal information that stores
We only store the name and email address of the person who books an offer with us.

Purpose of processing
We process the information in order to be able to carry out our obligations under the agreement with the school/kindergarten. Registration of e-mail is necessary so that the person booking can receive a response to the request, as well as to inform about any important changes.

Our online booking system complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensures secure handling of personal data.

When a teacher fills in names and e-mails, the person receives an autogenerated email confirming the request.

The booking system also sends:

An automatic reminder three days before the visit.
A request for evaluation immediately after the visit.

The information about your name and email address is processed to fulfill the booking agreement. The basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – necessary for the performance of a contract.

Names and e-mails are stored for three years to enable later bookings and information discharges. Email lists can be used for newsletters sent out a maximum of five times per year. The basis for this treatment is consent, in accordance with GDPR Article 6 (1) (a).

In the newsletters, teachers can easily resign or off via the "Report/Subscribe" or "Report/Unsubscribe" buttons.
