National museum network for the history of health and medicine
The network (NMHM) works within older and more recent health and medical history. The network was established as a professional and social forum around the year 2000. Since its inception, it has consisted of health and medical history museums or similar institutions, most of them relatively small in size, characterized by the participation of volunteers and often primarily focused around the history of that hospital/ the healthcare organization they are affiliated with.
